- We discussed doing sound for campus events, also getting paid for the events. Currently the student government allots funds to hire an outside sound engineer. We all agreed not a single one of us had heard a good sounding event on campus. John said he would look into who to talk to and discuss this issue with.
- Currently we do not know if Jude or Doc have any plans to take either Audio Engineering classes to a tour of the new Moog factory.
- We also discussed doing club visits to members' studios, to learn how others do things, what equipment everyone uses, and to offer any tips/help for the member's studio.
- Mitch volunteered to go first on 09.08.11
- This was discussed as possibly being a bi-weekly visits to either member studios or spending time as a club in the 003 Studio.
- Applied Music Hour:

- AEC now has a Moodle site.
- It's been agreed upon that the Applied performances in Lipinsky should never exceed 90 dB. Please use the SPL meter to make sure.
- Discussed Sound Exchange for online licensing for getting paid for online plays of your work.
- Future discussions about ways to legitimately and legally copyright and license your work.
